PLEASE NOTE: When you have sent your advertisenment an auto response will be sent to the address you have entered in the OWNERS DETAILS section of this form. Please reply to this email with the images (upto three maximum) you would like included in your advertisement along with, if a customised version has been requested, a copy of your booking form. Instructions how to supply the images will be included in the auto response.

BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE BOOKING IS PROCESSED. On receipt of the booking an invoice will be issued provided the information supplied is satisfactory. When the payment has been received the booking will be then be processed. 2. ON-LINE VACATIONS reserve the right to amend the layout of the advertisement as appropriate. There is no guarantee regarding the exact positioning of any images or copy. ON-LINE VACATIONS also reserve the right to control the type size, typeface, wording, lay out, photograph sizes and all other factors of advertisements in accordance with the standard layout. Photographs will be produced as clearly as possible in accordance with the colour rendering and tone of the original supplied. 3. ON-LINE VACATIONS reserve the right to refuse publication without explanation and will not he held liable for any consequential expense by the advertiser. All documents and payment will be returned. 4. ON-LINE VACATIONS will try to accurately reproduce all advertisements but cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from any errors or omissions. 5. ON-LINE VACATIONS will take all due care and diligence in protecting and safeguarding all information and materials supplied for the preparation of advertisements, but cannot he held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused. 6. In the case of any factors outside our control which delays publication, the advertiser may not claim damages and agrees not to contest payment. 7. ON-LINE VACATIONS reserve the right with due notice being given, to visit and inspect properties featured in the advertisement. 8. ON-LINE VACATIONS require that all advertisers provide the highest quality of service to their clients, from the initial telephone enquiry to dealing with bookings and providing information, to the courteous handling of complaints. In particular we assume that advertisers have made adequate provisions to service and clean the property between lets and to have a line of communication with their clients in case of emergency. 9. Advertisers are asked to send in availability lists at least every week if they have requested the use of the availability listings. 10. The fee for any paid advertisements that have been processed by our layout designer cannot be refunded if subsequently cancelled. 11. The receipt of this confirmation of advertising space is considered to indicate acceptance of these conditions.
